Menu Planning
To allow proper preparation time, menu plans must be completed ten business days in advance.  A non-refundable deposit which is required at signing of contract will reserve your event.  The General Manager would be happy to review those rates with you at any time. This amount can be charged to your membership account. Should a cancellation be necessary, a 72-hour notice is requested. The guaranteed number of participants is required three (3) business days before your event.

A la Carte Dining

To insure the proper timing and service of your special event, a la carte dining is limited to no more than ten persons. A la carte constitutes ordering from our current menu.
